A space to pause and reconnect
Have you reached a point of burnout where you don't quite recognise yourself anymore? Perhaps you've always been the one who copes and looks after others. You’re used to getting on with things, but lately it feels harder to keep going. You might be feeling overwhelmed or simply unsure of what you need.
Therapy can give you the space to pause and reflect, without having to have all the answers.
As a person-centred therapist, I won't tell you what to do or who to be. Instead, I'll listen and work alongside you to make sense of what you're experiencing. We can take things at your pace, focusing on what feels important to you.

Who I work with
I work with adults and young people experiencing a range of difficulties, including anxiety, stress, low mood, overwhelm, low self-esteem, relationship issues, big life changes, and questions around identity or direction.
Drawing on my clinical practice and lived experience, a key area of my work is supporting people experiencing burnout and work-related stress, particularly those working in demanding, caring or high-pressure environments.

Sessions take place either in person in Manchester or remotely online.
